Fire Headquarters - Station 41

A 1981 Mack CF-688, 2000 GPM Pumper. This apparatus carries 500 gallons of water, 1000 ft of 3.5" supply hose and 1000 ft of 2.5 " supply hose. There are two 1.75" preconnected attack lines, both are 200 feet in length, 2 150 ft apartment bundles, 1 200 ft 2.5" attack line, 1 200 ft 2.5" commercial supply line and 10 ft of 2.5" & 24ft of 5" hard suction hose. This engine also carries three additional 1.75" pre bundled attack lines that can be used to extend an initial hose line or add more lines on a larger fire. This unit caries the vehicle extrication equipment, electric powered exhaust fan, a 5kw portable generator and telescoping and portable scene lighting. There are 3 SCBA units and 3 spare bottles for interior firefighting. This unit also carries the Thermal Imager (TIC) as well as the explosive gas detector.
A 1986/2008 International S1600 Type 5 Brush Truck. This apparatus was built by the department during 2008 using a base chassis obtained from the DNR FPP grant program. This type 5 brush truck carries 500 gallons of water, 60 gallons of class A firefighting foam in two separate cells. There is a wide array of hand tools and wildland hose to support wildland firefighting. This unit also carries 24ft of 2.5" hard suction hose to allow the truck mounted pump to draw water from a river, pool or portable water tank. This apparatus can carry up to 6 wildland firefighters. In addition this apparatus can also be used for structural firefighting in areas that a class A engine can not get into.
A 1988/2011 International DT4600 6 x 6 Tender. This unit carries 2000 gallons of water, with a PTO pump capable of pumping up to 250 GPM. This unit can self load from a static water source or directly from a hydrant. There is a mounted 200 foot 1 inch booster reel on the rear of the tender in order for this unit to operate independently at a wildland fire. This unit was built to support firefighting operations in the Wildland Urban Interface area (WUI). This unit was also refurbished by the Brinnon FD using the Washington State DNR FPP Grant.
A 1990/2010 International DT4600 6 x 6 Tractor and a 1967/2010 Fruehauf Trailer. This unit carries 5000 gallons of water in two separate 2500 gallon compartments, 76 ft of 3" hard suction hose, 2 portable pumps capable of pumping up to 600 GPM and an assortment of fittings and fire hoses in order to connect to a wide range of apparatus through out the region.
A 2008 Ford F-450 4x4 Ambulance with built in snow chains. This Ambulance is equipped to handle up to 3 patients at the same time and provide care from the basic (BLS) through Intermediate (ILS) all the way to Paramedic (ALS) level. This apparatus is also equipped to support 2 interior Firefighters for patient extrication in a contaminated air environment.
A 1996 Chevy Suburban, which is equipped as a mobile Command Post for Search & Rescue, Rope Rescue, Swift Water Rescue, Fire Incidents, EMS Incidents and HAZMAT Incidents. This unit is assigned to the Fire Chief as his primary response apparatus. This rig is also licensed and equipped to transport patients from trail heads and other remote locations out to a waiting ambulance or it can transport them directly to the hospital.
A 1999 Chevy Tahoe. This apparatus is used for a variety of auxiliary purposes; transporting supplies, transporting personnel to fire scenes as well as to and from schools that are out of the area.
Duckabush Station - Station 42

A 1984 Mack CF-611, 1000 GPM Pumper. It carries 500 gallons of water, 1000 ft of 3.5" supply line, 1000 ft of 2.5" supply line. There are two 1.75" preconnected attack lines that are 200 ft long, 1 200ft 2.5" attack lines, 1 200ft 2.5" commercial supply line, 2 150ft Apartment bundles and 19ft of 2.5" & 24ft of 6" hard suction hose. This engine also carries three additional 1.75" pre bundled attack lines that can be used to extend an initial hose line or add more lines on a large fire. This apparatus also carries a portable generator, telescoping scene lighting and gas powered desmoking fan and various other hand tools and fire equipment. There are 3 Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and 3 spare air bottles for 3 interior Firefighters.
A 1997 Ford E-350 Ambulance. This Ambulance is equipped to handle up to 2 patients at the same time and provide care from the basic (BLS) through Intermediate (ILS) all the way to Paramedic (ALS) level. This apparatus is also equipped to support 2 interior Firefighters.
Maurey Anderson Station - Station 43

A 1980 Mack CF-611, 1000 GPM Pumper. This apparatus carries 500 gallons of water, 1000 ft of 3.5" supply hose and 600 ft of 2.5 " supply hose. There are 2 200 ft preconnected attack lines, 1 2.5" attack line, 2 150 ft apartment bundles and 25 ft of 2.5" hard suction hose and various other hand tools and fire equipment. This unit carries a 2kw portable generator and telescoping scene lighting. There are 3 SCBA units and 3 spare bottles for interior firefighting.
A 1979/2010 GMC Brigadier. This unit carries 3000 gallons of water, 10 ft of 3" hard suction hose, 1 portable pump capable of pumping up to 325 GPM and an assortment of fittings in order to connect to a wide range of apparatus in the region. This apparatus is capable of self loading from any static water source. This apparatus was built by the Brinnon FD.
